Three! Chicken, beef and vegetarian. Our venue is also super amazing with accommodating allergies and people who are gluten free!

We have two, pork tenderloin with garlic and herb cous cous and chicken Alfredo, which for the one vegetarian she can request it without chicken.

We had four main menu choices for our plated meal: Filet Mignon, Chicken Francaise, Crab Cake and Vegetarian Lasagna. Vegan and gluten-free options were available on request (no one requested them).

We had 3 (technically 4); prime rib, chicken francese, salmon, and an off-menu vegetarian option for two guests. All 4 options were prepared gluten-free.

Mine is a buffet...only way to cheaply feed 150 people! I chose a chicken parm, chicken souvlaki and turkey with rosemary gravy and a bunch of veggies and rice for the sides. To avoid paying extra for a vegetarian dish my caterer in her infinite wisdom is going to deconstruct the chicken parm keeping the chicken and spaghetti separate! That way the vegetarians can just have the noodles with red sauce which is nice and hearty (good thing too since it's an open bar).

Technically none. We aren't giving guests a choice, instead, we are having a duo plate so that everyone gets a bit of both main types of meat (chicken parm and filet mignon). We will accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies though.

We had a penne chicken pasta in a light herb cream sauce, a gluten free version, a vegetarian version, citrus grilled chicken, and a filet mignon carving station.

4 - beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian. Plus a kid's meal. The beef and chicken are also available gluten free.

I was really surprised by all the choices on the rsvps. 2/3 of the guests got the beef, and far more got the vegetarian option than I was expecting (only 4 out of 154 guests are vegetarians as far as I know).
