Who else is planning a winter wedding? What fun cold-weather or seasonal plans have you made that you are looking forward to?

If your wedding has already happened or you attended a winter wedding as a guest, what were the elements you most enjoyed?
I am planning a February 2022 wedding in Virginia. Hot cocoa and coffee will be served throughout the afternoon to warm everyone up (and also because those and my FH and my favorite drinks). For those who drink alcohol, they can ask the bartender to add a shot of splash to their hot drinks

Our wedding is January 2022! We didn't really incorporate anything of the season into our wedding, but we are providing blankets for our guests to use during the ceremony since it's outside!

Ours is January 2022 . We aren’t doing anything wintery. But I have thought about playing some Christmas songs lol that would be fun

My wedding is 12/4/21 I don't have all the details sorted out yet but I was planning on doing hot chocolate too. We are also having a bond fire. As far as decorations we are incorporating pine throughout and I want to put up a Christmas tree.

Aurora, that sounds so festive and fun! We would DEFINITELY go for a bonfire if we were having an evening event but, alas, we chose an afternoon wedding.

Pine is such a nice woodsy scent. My FH and I are planning on using rosemary sprigs in the florals and table decorations for a similar reason.
