Winter wedding !

H I am I’m looking for a winter wedding in New England ( Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts. I live in Boston so ideally less than two hours away from Boston) I’ve noticed most barns / estates/ mansions are closed in December and I’m specifically looking for New Year’s Eve. I know New Year’s Eve is a little bit more expensive, but has anyone had any luck finding a beautiful inside venue that doesn’t completely break the bank?
