Taking pictures in Old Town Fairfax would be really cute (same with Middleburg, Historic Leesburg, and Old Town Alexandria)!
If you want to do something more outdoorsy you could take pictures at Great Falls Park, Manassas Battlefield, or Burke Lake Park. You could also take pictures at one of the VA wineries (Stone Tower, Bluemont, or Bull Run)!
