Start with having a conversation with your future spouse about budget, estimated guest count, and wedding vision! From there, look for venues in your budget that can hold at least the number of guests you plan to invite, then start looking for any vendors you may want (photographer, DJ, florist, etc). Both WeddingWire and The Knot have a checklist that you can use to help keep your planning on track. These forums are an excellent resource for asking questions or sharing your progress. Also consider booking a day-of coordinator to keep your timeline on track and to handle any issues that may come up on the wedding day. Happy wedding planning!!
