I am April 11th and am about where you are I think...

Done:

Venue, DJ, priest, outfits- for all the girls & boys, my shoes, hair & makeup, rings, cake, catering, day of coordinator, photographer, decor/florist, invitations ordered, purchased bridal party gifts, gifts for groom & future in laws, bridal robe, booked honeymoon

Still to do: programs, menus, place cards, table numbers, seating chart, finalize menu & decor, hair & makeup trial (in 2 weeks!), favors??, guest book???, welcome bags

Oh bonkers, i totally forgot about shoes! the bridal party gifts went out already. and welcome bags i have an idea but it will depend on how many outside the state come to visit. seating chart was fairly easy when i practiced on this site and the nifty template they have.
does it feel like you still have a bunch to do or does it feel like you're slowing down a little?

Make sure you have a get ready outfit that buttons down or a robe for day of. Do all bridesmaids have their dresses and accessories needed? Are you wearing jewelry?

I will have a robe (i believe!) and yes, their dresses are ordered and should be here by the end of January, i bought their jewelry already and i have a necklace I am wearing. all that's left is the hair pieces! Good call!

Are you having a flower girl or ring bearer? If so you will need to select outfits for them as well as baskets and a pillow or sign. Are you having your girls wear certain getting ready outfits? Do you plan on having programs? Have you selected invitations? Table numbers?

I'm slowing down until January when I will send out the invitations and then I will pick up again the month before the wedding. Until then, just chilling!

No flower girl, 1 ring bearer (his son), already have his outfit and shoes! already have the box picked out for our rings. tables numbers just have to be made. as far as get ready outfits for the girls, i don't have that picked out no. I don't think we are doing any of that. invites are out, and no on the programs

I am February 22nd and near done but still extremely stressed:

Done:

Venue, caterer, baker, dj for reception (not ceremony), florist, all outfits rec'd and in alterations process, makeup & hair, rings, coordinator, gifts for groom, parents & party, most of decor and 2/3 diy projects, decor list for venue/coordinator approval (ceremony & reception), night of accommodations and honeymoon booked, month out venue walkthrough and rehearsal/rehearsal dinner scheduled, timeline nearly complete, favors, guest print tree, invitations ready to mail (will mail right after christmas)

Still to do: seating chart & related signs, frame, sign and ink for guest print tree, place cards, book nail appointment, put a few more family pics in frames for welcome table, create covers for stools used in ceremony, spray paint wooden bunting, buy a few more vases and last minute baby's breath, tweak rentals and floral contracts.

Our date is March 16th, 2020. When we initially decided to start planning the wedding, it was about 7 months away from our date. I didn't realize how much we needed to plan... I think most of it is done, but why do I feel so stressed? Lol

P.s. Your guest book is absolutely beautiful. What an awesome idea, I love it.
