Where are good "seattle-esque" places to take for our newlwed pictures?

I"ll be getting married at Villa Academy on labor day weekend. FH & I both went to UW - it would be perfect since the Laurelhurst neighborhood is near UW. Unfortunately, Suzzalo library is closed (IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT). Anyway, I was thinking Kerry Park but I'm afraid it may be crowded since it's labor day weekend.

Any more recommendations that are nearby laurelhurst, ravenna? Or near south lake union? (Our venue will be on SLU). Or any more places around UW?

Pioneer square is really popular for engagement photos if you want the city/urban look. You can always go down to the waterfront as well.

Have you spoken with the photographer yet about locations? If he/she is familiar with the Seattle area they could have some great ideas!
