When do you take off your engagement ring? 💍

... I dont think I ever do!

I take mine off for pretty much all you listed except cooking! I can’t imagine sleeping with it on most of all though!

All the time - at bed time (if not already off), I bake all day and I don't wear it when I am using fondant or have gloves on, to work out, which is daily, when we head out on the boat or swim anywhere, when I am cleaning and when I put lotion on my hands. I think I fully follow the S rule!

I take mine off when I shower/wash my hands, when I do the dishes, or if I'm going to an amusement park/water park,or somewhere where it could potentially fall off and get lost

I just take it off to wash dishes, shower, swim and some yard work.

One time I broke my ring when helping FH set up our pop-up, so now I take it off when camping!

I usually end up taking off my ring and change into comfortable clothing as soon as I get home from work. Usually either cooking, cleaning, or heading to the gym follows so I keep it in a ring dish next to my bed and put it back on as I am heading to work.

I pretty much never take mine off. I’m too afraid I’ll lose it. Especially at a place like the gym. I have my bach party this weekend in Florida where there will be both pool and ocean swimming so I’ll take it off then and put it in a safe place in my room. Also we are going to Fiji for our honeymoon and we’ll leave our rings at home and wear silicon ones.

I take them off all the times you mentioned. I don't wear them to the beach either, even if I don't plan on swimming. Too much gunk with applying sunscreen/sand, etc.

To swim , other than that it stays on!

I only take mine off when I'm cooking using my hands (making meatballs or kneading dough). I don't frequently do messy things (creating pottery or changing the oil in my car) but when I do, I also take my rings off for that.

Oh yea thats right. I do take it off to wash the dishes and clean the bathroom. Please dont consider my first post! My bad!!

I take mine off when I work out but that's the only time, really. I keep a ring box in my gym bag so I always know where it is and it doesn't get lost in the bag.

Depending on what I'm cooking I take it off. I take it off when I'm washing and styling my hair. To put on lotion, I don't swim lol, that's really about it.

Pretty much never, except when I'm doing something like white water rafting, hardworking, etc. I also have to remove it at work, but I would keep it on if I could

I take mine off when I go to bed, when I'm doing a lot of cleaning/dishes, sometimes when I work out (depending on what I'm doing) and when I'm doing water sports. If I'm just going for a quick dip in the lake or a float down the river I'll leave it on. Also, I'm horse person, so if I'm working in the barn or riding I take it off too.

I do the exact same thing. As soon as I get home, I put on comfortable clothes and take off all my jewelry.

So i take it off a couple times. 1. when i work out, i swap it for a silicon ring 2. when i treat my hair (I use a purple shampoo about 1x a week thats stains like crazy) 3. when I clean.. i dont like the idea of them chemicals! lol!

I only take it off for a few things: showering, cooking, gardening, and deep cleaning (using chemicals). I haven't gone swimming since I've been engaged but, I would take it off then too.

I also have dishes in both the bathroom and the kitchen that I always use to store them in so, they don't accidentally get misplaced.

I rarely take mine off. I shower with it, cook with it, do minor cleaning with it. The main time I take mine off is when I lift weights or use very intensive cleaners.
