As my wedding stress as kicked in a little this week, I had to stop and take a couple days away from anything wedding. It was much needed to not have to think excessively while working with kids and then coming home to make more decisions. I looked at my countdown and there are 141 days until the wedding. I laughed and said, there is no way I can stress out for another 141 days. Not sleeping 4 nights last week, eating bizarre things and being short with people is not my style. I skipped out on a few workouts and I am feeling it this week. Today I have officially decided to embrace the saying "carpe diem". Whether you are 10 days or 110 days from the big day, embrace each day and don't sweat the small stuff. So, how many days will you not be stressed about until your wedding?!?
