What’s better… aisle chair decor or aisle floor decor?

Ashlyn, on January 3, 2024 at 1:41 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 11
I’m trying to decide between decorating the aisle chairs with flowers/pews or using the centerpieces for aisle decor.

It’s the same price, but I’ll either have aisle chair decor with bud vases for center pieces OR Medium center pieces that will be used for aisle and reused as center pieces. What’s better… aisle chair decor or aisle floor decor? 1

I would personally go with chair decor just because I'd be worried about my guests stepping on them

However, floor decor that can be repurposed sounds pretty too! I think it's okay as long as they don't have to step over it to get to their seats.

If it's spaced out like this, it could work: What’s better… aisle chair decor or aisle floor decor? 4

However, it might be a bad idea to do something like this: What’s better… aisle chair decor or aisle floor decor? 5

I'm seriously so torn! I like the floor decor better but the bud vases for tables. But unfortunately my options are either or bc of cost reasons. Do Aisle chair decor look tack or cheap?

I think they look okay, but there's also the possibility of getting wet if you use real flowers (water dripping out of floral foam and onto guests when they sit).
I actually found this: What’s better… aisle chair decor or aisle floor decor? 6
What if you did this and just moved the bud vases to the tables after the ceremony? It would be simple, budget-friendly, and consistent with your aesthetic

No problem! Definitely ask your florist for ideas, they would have a good idea of the logistics

I hate floor decor, as it just seems like a tripping hazard to me!

I would prioritize larger centerpieces for the reception and ceremony decor that does not sit on the aisle. I've seen raised plant stands or poles used for this purpose.

What would make you happier when you think about it? I am using aisle candles and petals only and after the ceremony the candles will be transfered as centerpiece.

Great question... honestly walking through an aisle of flowers would be so pretty and ethereal haha. I do love the look of the candles! I Don't HAVE to make the decision right away. Wedding is in November 2024
