Most people come to Clearwater for the beaches. Island way grill is great brunch buffet but a bit pricey. Sheppard's has a night club (I have not been in years since I just do not club anymore lol) plus they have a dinner buffet. There is a dinner cruise ship (Starlite I think).

Oooooo! We'll be down there for 3 days so I am excited to start planning. Shepards Beach Resort has a night club? And the Starlite dinner cruise sound so much fun.

I seen that there's a boardwalk you can walk around on, do you happen to know whats down there?

    I appreciate your feedback.

There are some restaurants, bars and shops around clearwater beach. I am born and raised and FL so I am over the beach scene and only go there once in awhile for brunch lol. It is the same as most beach towns but if you are visiting you will have fun.

I recommend eating at Frenchys Rockaway grille - the one located on the beach, they have several locations and that one is my favorite. They also have lots of water activities, dolphin sight seeing tours, jet skis, para sailing. They have little buggy things you can drive around, I haven’t done it but they look fun. There’s also a trolley you can take that is free that will pick you up and drop you off at Set locations which is nice.

Like mentioned above Shepard’s has a night club that’s pretty well known, but I have not been too. There’s tons of tourist shops and places to eat.

It may be a little pricey for the amount of time you can spend in there right now, but if your group loves animals Clearwater Marine Aquarium is home to Winter the Dolphin (from the movie Dolphin Tale) and several other rescued/in rehab sea creatures. Double yes on Frenchy's, they make one of my favorite frozen strawberry daiquiris. I'm not so sure about this time of year, but usually the boardwalk (Pier 60) has craft booths/entertainers come out toward the end of the day, sometimes movie screenings on the lawn by the roundabout (look for signage about Sunsets at Pier 60 or something along those lines). Your hotel concierge/front desk might be a good resource for one time events going on in the area at the time too. Clearwater, Dunedin, and St. Pete have weekend festivals all the time.

Shepard's is the way to go for an evening, but not necessarily the pricey club. They have a fun live concert area you can enjoy for the price of drinking unless there is a special event. We like their all you can eat buffet too. Love Island Way brunch, it is pricey and loud. Clearsky cafe is great though for regular breakfast. Crash one of the bars at the swanky resorts. Opal Sands has a super fun on beach setup as well as the Sand Pearl's beach bar serves up a great view of sunset with reasonably priced food and a bonfire. Personally the dinner cruises in my experience was full of a more mature crowd. For a really awesome idea charter a private boat tour for just your girls. Check out A Boat Day, they rank high on TripAdvisor. You can run the boat, choose the music, bring your own and see local spots tourists do not!
