Hi there,

I'm planning a rehearsal dinner for our bridal party+parents for about 40 people and was hoping to coordinate a welcome drinks/appetizers with a 1 hour open bar immediately after for all our guests (about 200 people).

Finding a venue in Old Town Scottsdsale that can hold 200 people is proving difficult.

Any ideas or recommendations?

Where will your wedding reception be? Does the venue have a separate event space where you could host this? The venue may have a sister venue in the area you could use either. It’s definitely worth speaking with the venue coordinator and inquiring.

Perhaps you could reach out to wedding venues listed on the WeddingWire venue directory. They may have a private area you can rent for the welcome drinks/appetizers event - Scottsdale Wedding Venues.
