Weight loss journey

Lynne, on March 12, 2022 at 11:52 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 1 3
I'm on a big journey with weight loss. I'm on a program to weight loss surgery. I have until June to meet all insurance requirements. I'm hoping to schedule surgery after the wedding i just don't think if I had it in July I'd be able to enjoy myself at the wedding & reception.

My first wedding was not very memorable and this time it will be memorable.

Oh my gosh, congratulations! This is a huge milestone! What an exciting year for you 😍 I agree with you, waiting until after the wedding will probably help. Good luck, and congrats again 💛

Hope the wedding went well! It is a milestone indeed because people change a lot after the surgery. I really wish you luck and patience in your journey!
This is a difficult decision to make because you will have to follow strict food regulations after the surgery, and there might be other consequences, but it was absolutely worth it for me. I had my roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery two years ago, which changed my life. I lost more than 80% of my initial excess weight, and I feel much better now. I would not be able to do that if not for the surgery.

My wedding is next June. I have my surgery in 3 weeks. I am just stumped on what style of dress will help hide my excess skin.
