I'm about to book my venue but we're aiming for August 2024. I am 5'2 and fluctuate between 136-140. My goal is to get down to 115 by August and get toned. When it's the week before aunt flo visits, I need to get an insatiable appetite that I am unable to defeat. I fluctuate up to ten pounds (is this normal) every month that goes down after a week or two. Because of this, I feel discouraged from my fitness journey. Are there any tips to prevent bloating to avoid the dress being too snug? Thank you!
