Wedding Website Issues

Hey everyone!

The other day I wanted to go update my wedding website but now every time I go to the page or try to edit it I keep getting a 404 page not found error. Is that portion of WeddingWire not working anymore? Has anyone else had this issue? I've also tried searching the site and I can't find a way to get any technical help :/

    I was editing mine today and when I would go back to the normal view and I would click on the RSVP option or any other option I’d get the same error too.. I was hoping it was just today... I guess not ;( hopefully it gets fixed ASAP!!

    So, I finally found a way to contact support for this website and I was told that my website was deactivated and it cannot be recovered nor re-created... meaning I have to create a new wedding wire account if I want a wedding website. I'm not certain if I can even create a new account as I only have 1 email address and I really don't want to deactivate this account to create a new one just to not be able to use the website.... huge flaw on their part that you can't re-create a new website but I guess I don't get one now....

    I'm having issues with mine too! It keeps saying error page not found too. How did you contact support? I'm having a hard time finding it

    They replied to my email blaming me for changing my website URL, when I did not touch it. Try checking your URL.

    And no I never disabled the website. Enough people are having this problem where it’s obviously not on us. Very frustrating.

    Hi - I've been having issues updating the website. In particular, my caterer and one of my hotels aren't "choices" on the list provided on the pull down. When I attempt to add the caterer, it doesn't update. When I attempt to add the hotel, the city portion will not populate, and a dropdown does not appear. I added the city in a different line, however, the site wouldn't accept because I didn't add the city. Lastly, I'd like to add details to an accommodation where I was able to pull up the hotel (i.e. transportation provided from this location). I'm unable to do that either.


    Sent an email with no reply. I've already used this link on the "Save the Dates', or I would create a brand new website (on a different platform). Is there anyone who can help?
