Wedding venue that allows outside catering

Hello! My fiancé and I are trying to find a venue in Southern California that allows outside catering that is hopefully below 7 grand! We are looking for somewhere in between solvang to Temecula. If you know of any places we would approve so much, our first venue cancelled on us so we are so behind!!
