You can check the Vendors list here at WeddingWire.
I know that some chapels in Vegas will provide a package with everything -- the venue, the photographer, hotels, restaurant dining, flowers, etc. There probably are other venues which will take care of everything of this sort.

Oops. you should be able to select Cincinnati. I thought I had cleared the location. just go to weddingwire.com and find the vendors for wedding planners. Some venues will be able to take care of most if not all details.
