Wedding Menu Suggestions

Hi all! My FH and I both love to cook (and save money by not hiring a caterer) so we’re planning to cook our reception meal! We’re doing a backyard wedding in the afternoon in late May. What suggestions do you all have for things we could make to serve a buffet to a crowd of 50? We plan to make things in advance and then have a few volunteer friends and family members heat anything up that needs to be and carry things out to the tent. Thanks in advance!❤️💍

I make Korean BBQ meatballs that are AMAZING! I use ground pork (relatively inexpensive), gluten free bread crumbs (regular are fine if you’re not cursed with Celiac like me) and store bought Korean BBQ sauce. You could make the sauce since you’d be making so many and they heat up great!

I'd look into storage containers on Amazon that help keep things cold or hot so nothing gets out of food safe temperature range.
