Wedding Less Than 2 Weeks Away - Rant About Vendors!!

I am 10 days away from my wedding. I find out TODAY that my wedding planner/coordinator that we hired a year and half ago can no longer provide the services we agreed to in our original contract.

So now I'm scrambling trying to find family and friends that can help set up chairs, decorations, etc. for our wedding. Even though everyone is willing to help, I feel so bad asking everyone! Anyone else have vendors bail on them last-minute??

Wow! What was their excuse? Do they plan on reimbursing you for the services they are providing?

That things have changed over the last year and they no longer have the proper amount of people to help out. She said she's going to reimburse me, but I haven't seen the money yet, or heard back from her since, so we'll see...
