Hi Chelsea. From WW boards, I think CT is closer to NYC pricing. I think $5-8k is a common budget range without a floral arch or many add-on's. To keep lower costs, I would consider leaning into your ceremony and reception venues. If they are already colorful, decorated, or even outdoor, you don't need to add more. You can also opt for wood or faux flowers, though the former and real are more biodegradable. You can also opt for alternative (candle centerpieces) and use Costco or grocery suppliers. Greenery is the same cost as flowers. Ultimately, more guests = more table centerpieces = more costs. The same goes for # of wedding attendants, but I think it's acceptable to have faux bridesmaid bouquets and fabric boutonnieres. Also, aim for seasonal and local flowers to lower costs. Last anything that goes in must be taken out, so your florist or floral designer will add delivery, installation, and clean-up charges. Best wishes.
