That’s how I felt, when I got engaged I booked one dress appointment and said this one is pretty, bought it and moved forward.

I was excited but not THAT excited. I threw together a group of friends like a week prior. Haha.

Oh yea. I did not want to go at all. I hate shopping I finally found my dress after 14 stores and still did not have a wow moment or cry or anything. Don’t get me wrong I love my dress but I was also more happy that I didn’t have to waste another weekend dress shopping than I was about the whole experience!

Things and feels could change once you walk into Kleinfelds showroom. Don't force anything you will know when it's the right one! Be prepared when going to Kleinfelds. Have ideas of what you think you want and be open to what they pull for you! Enjoy your time there!

That's why I went alone to one of my bridal salon appointments and only brought one person to the other two. I didn't want to make it a big deal, I just wanted to find my dress and cross it off the list. But if you're going to Kleinfeld, I would totally be excited since I grew up watching Say Yes to the Dress lol

I ordered my dress online, didn't care about going into the store and trying anything like that.

I didn’t enjoy Kleinfelds but I went on a Saturday.
However, I went to the pop up shop across the street and found my dress. I wasn’t overly excited, most of my shopping was for other people who wanted to be part of the process.

Same! I'll be at Kleinfeld's on Monday too!!!

My best friend was like this. I was her MOH and literally had to drag her to a store. She said she was only going to one shop one time and we weren't coming back. Her mom and I pulled the dress she ended up choosing (it was the first one she tried on). We maybe tried on 10 total, made her decision, and we were done. There were no tear or any hoopla. She looked absolutely sunning on her wedding day and ended up so happy. Every bride is different. You don't have to be excited about something because everyone else is.

Same here. I never wanted a "traditional" wedding dress. I look at a few things online tried on a few random dresses i like but ended up ordering mine online last week. Only one of my Bridesmaids lives in the same city. I'm glad im not the only one not excited to go dress shopping. To me it sounds so boring. Ive only been to one dress fitting and i was miserable watching and dont want to make anyone else watch me play dress up.

Mom and I waited for an hour and decided to look at accessories since you could just walk right in. I ended up getting a beautiful hair comb for peanuts!!!
