Wedding day shadow box

A what box? I have never heard of this before but hearing what your going to put into the box it sounds like a memory box or something like that. What gave you this idea? I did think about doing something like that, but i want it in a glass case.

View Quoted Comment I made one for graduation with my diploma, tassel, honor cords, program and grad pictures. There's a lot of examples on pinterest! Here's one I've been thinking about copying. Yes it has a glass on the front of the case. You can pick it up from Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

I love this idea! My mom suggested doing it as well, but instead I have someone pressing flowers to match my bouquet. I couldn’t send my bouquet out of hawaii so I have to get it duplicated.

Yeah I got someone to do it! I haven’t received it yet. I was told 4-6 weeks from wedding day, so I should be getting it within 2 weeks!

Yes! I understand! I want to add so much stuff to the box that I cannot find one to fit everything lol. I may have to custom make mine.

View Quoted Comment You could do like a wall of it instead of throwing it all in one shadow box! I pressed some of my bouquet flowers and intend on making smaller frames with it, and have the main one I ordered from the lady I got it from in the center of our bedroom. Kind of like a collage of framed flowers you could do the same thing with the different stuff you want in the shadow box. It would look so cool on one of your walls!

I reached out to the lady pressing my bouquet and she hasn’t received her shipment of frames yet. So I’m still waiting for mine!

View Quoted Comment Thank you! The box is 24x30 with a 2 inches working space between the glass and foam back. I purchased the frame from Michael's. Yeah my frame was on back order. I guess everyone with using this time to do projects lol.
