Wedding colors

I would steer clear of black frosting on cakes, but that could just be my personal preference. I wouldn't want everybody having black teeth for photos lol

Yea maybe you can do white frosting and red flowers.

I used to bake cakes for competitions and I’ve made a few cakes for friends weddings and other smaller events. I would recommend not using black frosting, it stains teeth and even worse can stain clothes badly. It is also the most likely color to “bleed” and then have black streaks running down the cake or onto the table. If you really want to use it make sure it’s butter cream not whipped topping. i really am not trying to come across as telling you what to do! I just want to warn you!!
A few ideas to incorporate all the colors is to have a white cake with all different colors of flowers! You can order fake flowers (that are food safe and meant for wedding cakes) online in all different colors or you could have them made out of gum paste.

If you want to incorporate your wedding colors, you totally can! I really like the previous posters suggestion of having a white cake, and then incorporating the red, green, silver and black with flowers either on the top or along the sides!
