Try your local American Legion post! Very inexpensive or a church hall.
You can also contact your local parks and recreation and have a ceremony at a park

I'm having my ceremony and reception at the Sixth floor. Total cost is around 4k....they allow you to bring in your own caterer and bar...which is the most expensive thing if you ask me.

Yes sometimes they will run a deal on here and Facebook for money off if you book during a specific time. I also looked into Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. They have a beautiful grounds there and they were affordable as well!
