My FH and I are getting married Aug 20th and decided we are just going to take a couple days after the wedding for a Minimoon. We are going to do a 10 day cruise in February!

We live in Spokane but still would like to have a little "getaway" somehow. But we don't want to spend the whole 3 days traveling. Any ideas on places we can drive or fly to that wouldn't take 1/2 a day? We were think either Seattle area or Oregon Coast!

Seattle is perfect for a mini-moon. Pike place, baseball game (if at home) space needle, the underground tour. The Hotel Monaco is right up the hill from the market and pier.

Leavenworth!!
Edit: the Oregon coast is also a great idea! Cannon beach is one of my favorites. I live just outside of Portland so I'm pretty familiar with the Oregon coast!
Seattle... Love Seattle but it's a little crowded at pike place market
