Vistaprint raised pricing

rose, on November 23, 2017 at 10:16 AM Posted in Planning 0 12

I went onto the website to look at invitations and noticed the pricing of most of the wedding invitations went up from about .50-.70 cents to around $1.50! do they do this on purpose around black Friday or is this a permanent thing?

When I bought my save the dates they were .75 but it was only select ones. Many were around $1-$1.50 so I think that's normal.

I haven't noticed that; but I do know that typically, the more you order-the lower the price.

We got our STDs last Black Friday from them & didn't notice a price increase at that time (I tend to have my order in the 'cart' until their sale).

I have always had confusion issues with VP pricing. It's different every time I log in, and with every code it seems to me (at least) that the original pricing changes. I use them for biz cards and brochures, but I use someone local now....

I'm unusually annoyed by this.lol i wanted to order my invitations today but looks like i'm going to wait until they go back down!

ETA: Maybe i'll look elsewhere for invitations, inconsistent pricing is no good, any suggestions?

Maybe I'm a bad person, but honestly what I would do if what you want is a little over your budget is have your FH or a friend sign up with Vistaprint using their email and they'll send you a coupon for joining.

@Kelsey, I've done this before also...using my reg email acct vs our wedding email acct that I've been ordering from.

Honey is an awesome website that finds all coupon codes for any website you can buy things from. That would be helpful too. I got my invites from Minted, and they had a better sale right after I ordered. I called them and asked if they could give me those prices and they did. I highly recommend them!

Yes I noticed this too. I had my invitations saved in my cart, waiting to order on Black Friday, they were $8.50 for 10. Then today I went on and they raised the price to over $10 for 10.

I got mine from Minted and they were the both beautiful, elegant invitations I ever seen! I highly recommend minted. They aren't always the cheapest option, but they are awesome
