Hi there. I'm not sure what you mean by "vintage European rustic". Is this like English garden? Oheka castle has vintage elements inside the American Gatsby-esque mansion, but less a floral garden, plus it's $$$. The NY Botanical Garden has event spaces, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden has a rose garden and pavilion. I have seen persons take engagement pictures here. Or do you mean European-style decor inside with a stone fireplace? There are wineries in L.I. and upstate. You can use the Real Weddings tab to poke through other NY weddings for pics of venues. I'm not sure your price point for smaller restaurant weddings, but you definitely find Italian restaurants with views of the water like Russo's on the Bay. Just a few ideas. The pricepoint for NY weddings is higher than other cities where Manhattan would be most expensive. The Pierre Hotel is gorgeous, $$$$, but not rustic. Best wishes!
