Vintage postage for invitations

So im really loving the look of the vintage postage on the invitations. And the “multiple stamps” look. Do people usually put 2-3 stamps on their save the dates as well or is this usually just done for the actual invitations ?

Multiple stamps are for additional weight. Sometimes invitation suites with multiple pieces require it. Save the dates are usually less bulky so unlikely to need extra postage .
