Honestly, you will be hard pressed to find a venue, for under $1000, in Asheville. It’s a very pricey area. You will probably have better luck looking outside if Asheville.

Are you thinking for this to include anything or for just the $1,000 or less to just cover the cost of renting the space? If you want it to cover the cost for food and drinks, I think you are setting yourself up to be very disappointed because the budget you've set isn't realistic to feed 120.

No reason to snap at me. I wasn't sure because a lot of venues charge includes cost for food and beverages not just renting.

I know of a few places that are running special packages for "micro weddings." They are usually for around 50-75 guests. If you're up for less guests, you'd get quite the deal. Had I known more about specials I would've done it myself lol. Our guest list is 65 people, I should've asked around more. If you really are wanting the 120 guests, looking a little away from Asheville might be best or looking into hotel convention centers. National Guard armories, church event halls and civic centers.
