Venues in/near ct allowing outside catering

Hi all!

I'm looking for wedding venues in or around Connecticut for a wedding for about 200-250 people where we can provide our own outside caterer.

Many of the wedding websites don't let you search by this functionality specifically so I'm having a really hard time connecting with venues that fit my need. Any previous couples or vendors out there that have any recommendations for me - either where to search or specific venues to review?

I don't have any specific recommendations for your area, but I would look into community centers, church halls, and VFW/legion halls. Usually those types of venues do not have in house catering. If you have a caterer or restaurant in mind already, you could also ask them for venues they've worked events at before.
