Venues for tiny wedding

Hi! I’m looking for suggestions for a tiny wedding venue in the Bellevue/Seattle area for this December. It’ll be a second ceremony and we will have a max of 15 guests. I live in DC so it’s been a challenge to find a spot, and The only place I’ve found so far is this the Kimpton hotels. The volunteer park Conservatory looked awesome but they don’t allow ceremonies at that time of year. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Like museums, greenhouses, historic inns, etc. I’d also be open to a more outdoorsy location. Thank you!!
