Venue

I am planning my wedding for this August and am considering Eagles Nest Country Club in Phoenix, Maryland. Has anyone had a recent wedding there? Some of the reviews mentioned issues with the AC not working. Also, my fiance is Nigerian and we would like some Nigerian food to our menu. If anyone from another culture who's wedding was there could let me know what they thought. I'd appreciate any comments.

I am trying to decide between there any Knollview House in Pasadena, Maryland. If anyone has reviews for Knollview House that would be great too.
