Venue help!

Ann, on December 26, 2018 at 10:48 PM Posted in Oklahoma Planning 0 4
I’m in Tulsa, OK! I’m wanting to find a cheaper venue in the Tulsa area. It seems almost impossible to find anything under or around $1,000! Do y’all know anywhere that’s at $1,000 or under? Thank you so much!

Hi Ann!! Welcome to WeddingWire!! Smiley ring If you're looking for more cost efficient venues, I would start looking local! Local community halls, VFWs, maybe even church halls. Those are usually more affordable options. In my town, you can rent the entire community hall for, like $500 for an entire day.

I don't know how Oklahoma is in the fall, but you could also look into local parks, state or national. Park pavilions, at least in my area, are very similar in price to community halls and VFWs. Do you prefer an indoor or outdoor wedding venue?

Baugh's Country View in Drumright OK (35 minutes from Tulsa). I'm from Cushing (right by Drumright) and I'm having my reception there. It holds 320 and is $1,000. It's really nice and includes tables and chairs for 200 people. Look them up on Facebook.
