I live in Southwest Kansas and have been having so much trouble finding a good venue. I prefer not to go to Wichita so does anyone know of good places in the Dodge City/Garden City area?

Hi Hannah! What about City Limits Convention Center or Prairie Museum of Art & History in Colby?
I was also able to find the names of these local venues through google maps: Southstar Barn, Jam House, and Smoove Productions. You should also search for local country clubs, hotels, and bed and breakfasts to see if they also do weddings!
