Venue change

Breelyne, on July 31, 2022 at 9:18 AM Posted in Texas Planning 0 1
So I should preface this by saying my FH and I are very introverted people. Initially, we had planned for a wedding of 120+ people. We have the deposit down on the venue but I have spoken to the owner and we still have time to get the full refund. So now we’re thinking of overhauling the big wedding idea and just do an intimate wedding with our nearest and dearest…maybe 50 people max including the officiant and photographer. I’m in the DFW area and was wondering if anyone knew of a small, reasonably priced venue for a small wedding? TIA

Browse your local parks department website for venue rentals. Also check out peerspace.com and eventective.com. Be aware that with a blank slate venue that allows outside catering, it will be less expensive in the long run than an all inclusive venue and you will have creative freedom to pick your own vendors, stay longer if you choose, etc.
