Has anyone else had a problem with their vendor reviews? Left a few and one vendor interaction was very unpleasant. So because I didn’t leave a five star review the vendor can “dispute the review”, which leaves them entitled to show only 5 star reviews. Where is the representation for dissatisfied customers if our reviews are not also made to view publicly? So ALL vendors are 5 stars?!? Obviously not. Make it make sense Wedding Wire.

    You can read and post unbiased reviews of all ratings on Yelp. That platform doesn’t allow vendors to remove bad reviews on their own, nor does it remove any at the vendor’s request.

    Hello…thank you for responding. We were not provided with a “contract “. Our initial deposit is what secured their services. We have a wedding outline that was provided for us to fill in and paid invoices. Will that be sufficient?
