Vegas - rescheduled but need timeline help!

We rescheduled our 5/19/20 wedding in Vegas to 7/16/20. Come Hell or High Water, there WILL be a wedding! But I need help with the timeline. We have a Fremont Street photo tour booked that I REALLY want done at night with the neon lights. Vegas sunset on 7/16 isn't until 7:57pm. FH wants to celebrate with family that is coming with us of course immediately after the ceremony and we planned on doing a reception dinner at a nearby restaurant. But this photo tour thing is tripping me up! How do I fit a nighttime photo shoot into our plans WITHOUT picking another night to do them because that means two hair/makeup appointments at $160 a pop, and also without asking family to do a SUPER late dinner afterwards??

Would you consider a daytime or early afternoon wedding? To fit in everything you want and not feel rushed you could consider getting married in the late morning, doing a wedding reception lunch with family, then celebrating with family and friends for a while, wrap that up at 7ish, freshen up, and you'll be in plenty of time for your photoshoot!
I'm really sorry you've had to reschedule but this new plan does sounds like a LOT of fun!
