us Honeymoon Finds?!

Stephanie, on December 2, 2021 at 7:35 AM Posted in Honeymoon 1 10

We are getting married in June and looking for somewhere to go in the US for our honeymoon. Ideally we'd love all inclusive and no kids, but are willing to compromise. I have no idea where to go in the US that's more resort based instead of just a random hotel where we'd have to plan everything and worry about transportation. Help please!

Hmmm, all I can think of is Hawaii. But it also depends! Are you looking for something tropical?

I'd love something tropical, but knowing my options are limited, we're open for whatever.

Maybe consider Puerto Rico or Hawaii or Florida Keys? Those are all tropical and should all have resorts! Not sure if any are all-inclusive though.

Gotcha! Hawaii is definitely a good choice. It's BEAUTIFUL! I am unfamiliar for their all-inclusive resorts though. So, if anything you'll definitely have to do some research on that especially if there is something you guys are looking forward to doing Smiley smile

Cancun or Tulum! You can definitely find a lot of all inclusive and adult only resorts.
Virgin Islands I hear is beautiful as well.
Hawaii is another option too!All depends on what you’re looking for, how long you’d like to say, and your budget!

    Hi Stephanie,

Love all inclusives! Unfortunately, the US does not offer too many all inclusive resorts. There are a few in the Florida Keys and one in NY, but they are pretty pricey and you would get a better bang for your buck in Mexico or the Caribbean.

Hawaii is beautiful and you will definitely get to enjoy the sprawling resort feel there, but to my knowledge they don't have all-inclusive resorts.

A cruise is another option if all-inclusive is a must have.

Sirata in St. Pete Beach Florida has all inclusive packages, we had a great time there! It is not adults only though

It's going to be difficult to find Adult's Only AI in the US. That being said, you can find some here and there in Florida and the Key's. I am not sure how many are even in HI and I know they have been extremely strict with Covid regulations and it's been pretty bad on their economy. When are you thinking of taking this honeymoon? Does it have to be the beach? There are a few wonderful desert resort locations in AZ and NM which offer spa and resort packages and I'm pretty sure those are usually Adults Only. They wouldn't be AI but you can always budget for bevvies and food.

Pureto Rico is beautiful and definitely honeymoon worthy! Puerto Rico is also considered U.S territory, so you and your fiancé would not need a passport. There are so many amazing things to do and see while there.
