U.s. Honeymoon

Hello All,

We had initially planned our wedding for Bali and then switched to Hawaii when we started to hear about COVID. We have since cancelled all of the plans and have lots of credits, LOL. We postponed our wedding until this September. We are not ready to fly out of the country or really in inside country either. We are thinking about taking a nice honeymoon road trip. We live on the east coast but are open to traveling anywhere in the country? Any suggestions for domestic honeymoon road trips?

    I think it depends on what you want to do. You could drive the Blue Ridge, though. That's gorgeous in the fall.

    We were on the fence about the Midwest and Florida. Two very different places but it depended on what exactly we thought we would want to do. I used to live in Co so I had been all over that area and wanted him to experience it but we decided that we most likely just want to relax so Florida seemed the best place. We are flying in from NJ and renting a car and just driving along both sides and into the keys. Being able to just pull off and go into the water sounded perfect for us.

    New England! You can get beach time in the Cape and beautiful mountain view’s in Vermont. The hard cider up there is dynamite.

    Always New England. Go to Stowe and take in the fall views. The Von Trappe Lodge is a favorite of mine.
