Typical US Virgin Islands honeymoon cost

FH and I are leaning towards the US Virgin islands for our honeymoon. Neither of us has been out the country before (except him on deployment), don't have our passports, and don't speak anything but English, so we figured this would be a good choice. We have a whole list of places we'd like to travel to in the future but those are mostly site-seeing places and we just want to relax with out toes in the sand for our honeymoon. We are trying to figure out how much we should budget for maybe a week out there. I know it probably differs depending on which island we stay on, which we hotel we stay at, activities, etc, but if any of you have ever been, could you please give me a rough idea? Thanks!

    I just wanted to say that you have PLENTY of time to get your passports. I don't have mine either but our honeymoon is already booked for Jamaica later this year! And you can go plenty of places where you do not have to worry about another language, as many resorts will have staff that speaks English, regardless of what country you go to.

    Although, I do remember pricing All-Inclusive vacations in St. Thomas and they were averaging about $1000 more than the All-Inclusive resorts in Jamaica!

    Saint Thomas (and its where I'm getting married)

    You don't need passports and you can also take a ferry to St John.
