Tulsa Brides -sos please help!

Lacey, on May 22, 2019 at 5:23 PM Posted in Oklahoma Planning 0 1
I am getting married in Tulsa June 15th. We had planned on a very small (20 guests) backyard wedding at my MIL's house. Now it appears the home may flood. I'm not actually from the area so I don't have any friends who can help me with this. Are there any teeny tiny but beautiful places that might still have June 15th open? Or a list of places I could check with? There's a lot of venues advertised but they are all for a massive amount of guests.

Hi Lacey! I’m so sorry that this may happen. At least you know a bit in advance so that you can try and rectify the situation.

As you said, most venues are for a bigger guest count than 20 guests. Have you thought about looking on Airbnb? You may be able to find another residential property that you can hire, just be sure to click the ‘Allows Events’ box while filtering your search. You will need to give full disclosure to the property owner about you holding your wedding there.

You could also look into some local restaurants that have a private dining room or maybe an outdoor area that you would be able to hire for your wedding.
