Great you found that. The appliques on that are quite uniquely placed. Sometimes the Edge browser can find similar pictures, but this time it did not pan out well.

I also saw a version that had spaghetti straps, so I wouldn't search just on the term "strapless". It's really pretty, by the way. The Art deco lines along the bodice are a chic contrast to the appliques.
