Transportation to/from Garden Wedding Venue

Hey! My fiancé and I are looking at garden/woodsy venues around Seattle and most of them are in Issaquah, Snohomish, etc. Many guests will be coming from out of town and staying in Seattle area, as well as folks who live in and around Seattle. Do people generally hire some kind of shuttle service for venues up in Snohomish? We don't want a crazy party where everyone gets smashed but it would also be nice for people to not have to drive an hour each way from Seattle or stay at a less nice motel. Is there nice accommodation nearby? How do people normally manage with venues 1-2 hours out from Seattle?
