Tipping - mua & Hairstylists

Each artist/stylist will be working on 4 people total during the morning

I would tip each person 15-20% of the total services they provided. For example: if they charged $100 per person for makeup, that means each MUA provided $400 in services, and each would get a $60-$80 tip.

Each person should be tipped.

My team has worked tip into the contract, that's the only way I know this answer.
It is per person.
