I am in the process of planning my wedding at The Omni Homestead in VA for 2020 and feel like it's all going horribly wrong. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm terrified I'm throwing my money toward what is going to be a subpar wedding. It's like they are trying to squeeze us for every penny even though they are already guaranteed to make $50K+ off our wedding with F&B minimums and hotel rooms for our guests. OR did you have a great experience and I am having panic attacks for nothing?

So, I did not get married at an Omni, but I have stayed at several of their properties and been involved with events at their properties. I have never had a negative experience. I know someone who got married at the Homestead and they had a great experience. What are your concerns?
