Sweet's Table or No Sweet's Table????

Ok I am indecisive so I am asking for opinions. I hope enjoy enjoy their Thanksgiving!! Lol ok so I have someone to decorate my wedding space who is phenomenal!! I have seen her work and it's great furthermore she is willing to decorate UNDER a $5,000 budget and in Chicago that's HARD to find. So I was told a block letter "Sweet Table" is included with pricing. So I spoke to the FH and he said "well we will have cutting cake and cakes up for guest, a sweet table isnt needed" also my future last name "Thompson" is kinda on the long side as well. So we dont know how it will fit into everything. Attached are pictures of her work and the "Sweet's Table"
