Success with reprints from The Knot

I ordered my Save the Dates through The Knot and they look nothing like my proof. It appears they've cropped a good quarter inch off the front of the card leaving slivers of border on only 2 sides and the text nearly cropped at the top. Nowhere in the ordering process indicated there would be cut lines or the need to crop the photo. Everything fit the template to spec as far as I could tell, and the pdf proof provided to me shows the full border and photo.

Has anyone else dealt with this? And what was your success like in receiving a reprint or a refund? Worse comes to worse I trim the two edges with the border and no one notices anything is wrong (including me, without those i would've thought they turned our perfectly) but I'd rather they just be done correctly.

    I’d say contact them and let them know it’s not the same as the proof. I’m not sure if they will refund you, but they might be able to remake them for you at no extra cost.

    Already done. I'm just seeing if other people have had similar experiences and how difficult the company was to work with. This is my first tangible wedding purchase so I'm pretty bummed that it wasn't right.
