Stuck on where to go for my bachelorette party

Devon, on November 11, 2023 at 8:37 AM Posted in Parties and Events 0 3
I’m having a hard time deciding on where to go for my bachelorette party. I’m from New York and would like to go to a spot with a beach. I want a mix of fun nightlife but also relaxation. My biggest thing I want to do is a boat party.

I was looking into Hilton Head, SC but I’m afraid it’s going to be too family oriented. Anyone have any good suggestions ?

What does your MoH and bridesmaids think? Can they afford a destination bachelorette? Who is hosting and what do they think? I would get everyone's budget, individually so no one feels pressured, and then start planning from there.

Wilmington, NC is a lot of fun as beach destination and I think they have boat tours.. it's also less family-oriented than Hilton Head, though Hilton Head has a ton of fun restaurants, bars, and things to do. Florida is always a safe option too because there are so many airports within driving distance of the beach and flights are relatively inexpensive. Charleston is a blast, much more of a party scene, but flights and places to stay are typically more expensive.

Chicago in the summer has a fun boat scene. Never took a boat out in Miami, but if you stay in an AirB&B this may be more day relaxing than a Southbeach hotel. Also, how about staying localish and one day city outting/ boat, then one day beach trip to Long Island? I like the Rockaway beach hotel n spa (queens) for a getaway, and there are different beachtown vibes in Long Beach. If you go further east there are wineries, distilleries, and the Hamptons.
