Hey all,

I hope everyone is doing okay and is healthy.
I know everyone is going through the same thing. Honeymoon and weddings canceled or postpone. I wasn’t stressed out about it until now. Reality definitely hit me.
FH and I decided to cancel our three week honeymoon in Italy. We were going in September but we decided it was risky going. Even in September. We want to be closer to home and not halfway around the world, just in case it comes back or an emergency. Ugh. We will still try to do a domestic honeymoon but I have no idea what.
Any ideas on a US honeymoon for a week or two in September-October?

I'm following. We had a Caribbean cruise honeymoon scheduled for this Monday but not sure a cruise is a good idea in September especially given hurricane season.
I am considering Hawaii, do you have any places you're considering?

We are pretty outdoorsy, so I was thinking a trip to a national park. Hawaii sounds nice too though!

The Smoky Mountains near Gatlinburg have beautiful cabins that all seem to have beautiful views and private hot tubs. I’ve not done it but for that time of year, it might be really pretty.

I say Cali/Vegas/both have nightlife/tourism/hiking and plenty of things to do. Yes Vegas has more than gambling, parts of California get snow and are woodsy and you can hike.
