Storing Wedding Decor Before Wedding

Everything is in numbered and labelled bins in a spare room.

The numbers are cross referenced to a spreadsheet.

My closet, fhs closet, living room....everywhere lol. All labeled boxes at least and lists of all boxes/ loose decor.

Clear totes stacked in a spare bedroom, organized and labeled based on placement location (welcome table, table top, dessert bar, etc)

Taking over my garage currently

I have an all-inclusive venue so just one storage container for a few photos, wedding party gifts and day-of clothes!

We stored everything at my moms house. I made itemized sheets in the boxes with what was inside, and where those items were to be set up. I even had room diagrams with where the items went,so the coordinator and her assistants knew how I wanted things set up.

My living room currently looks like a wedding exploded in it. There's literally wedding decor covering the entire floor... Definitely getting storage containers tommorow... #DIYWEDDING

I only have one small box in my closet, with just a few items—cake topper, cake knife, toasting glasses, ring bearer box—most stuff will be provided by vendors. I may have a few more things in a month or so—welcome gifts, placecards, guest book materials. My shoes/jewelry are in my closet. Dress is still at the dress shop. I still need other accessories.

We stored some in the living room and most in a guest room.

Everything is currently on my dining room table (we eat at the kitchen island) but I'm working on organizing it into bins to make transporting it easier

I just said f-it and hired a decorator who brings everything.

I have a few things I want, but it's like a container.

Everything I have so far is in two large plastic totes under my desk at work. It’s a destination wedding, so there shouldn’t be too much more, since I have to ship everything ahead of time

FH and I bought a Natalie gold box at a yard sale years ago when we first moved in together. I’m keeping it all in there. I brought it out to show my family last night and they all thought we were crazy and perfect for each other (for buying it in the first place).

We had two large plastic totes in our laundry room that had everything (except for our card box). Before I packed dropped things off to the DOC, I set it up on the kitchen table and took a picture of how we wanted it to look/what items went together.

We currently have taken over my parents basement and garage with tons of items. My parents will be so thrilled after the wedding when they finally get their space back.

We had to rent a storage unit because I was taking over the living room in our two bedroom apartment.
